18-ga. Will Not Split Like Lighter Weight Pool Cover Water Bags!
Our rugged water tubes will not split like thinner 14- or 16-gauge water bags. Our water bags are up to 33% heavier than other pool cover water bags. no-leak valves are easily filled with a hose.
 

To help determine how many water tubes are needed for your pool, refer to our Water Tube Chart.

Do Not space your water tubes on your pool cover, they should lay end to end to prevent wind from getting up and under the winter cover. Bags should be placed near the edge of the cover, at least 18 inches from the inside edge.

Adding a little swimming pool antifreeze to the bags can help prevent freeze damage, and placing a small bucket of water near the pool may keep thirsty birds and squirrels from poking your water bags to drink.
